The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Notice of Intent filed by Mark Haley. Applicant proposes demolition of existing dwelling and construction of new dwelling, heightening of rock revetment, invasive species removal, re-vegetation of coastal bank at property located at 5 West Shore Drive, Map 7A, Parcel 004.
Notice of Intent filed by Donald Intonti. Applicant proposes second story addition and deck at property located at 704 State Highway, Map 21 Parcel 063B.
Notice of Intent filed by Maureen Hall. Applicant proposes septic system repair at property located at 80 Eider Lane, Map 16, Parcel 016.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by the Town of Eastham. DEP SE 19-1470 for herring run culvert replacement and road improvements at Cole Road and Herring Brook Road.
Continuation of John and Elisa DiBari. Applicant proposes installation of sand envelopes, removal of invasive plantings, and sand nourishment at property located at 92 Old State Highway, Map 20, Parcel 116C.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Brian and Brianna Seppala. Applicant proposes demolition of existing dwelling and construction of new dwelling, well, septic system, decks, and patio at property located at 15 West Road, Map 04, Parcel 481.
Request for change in plans for DEP SE 19-1235. for open Order of Conditions issued to Robert and Sheila Paine (current Owner is Cape Commerce Nominee Trust) for construction of dwelling at property located at 550 State Highway, Map 21 Parcel 076.
